blacs-test-common software package provides Test data for BLACS testers, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install blacs-test-common
blacs-test-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the blacs-test-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep blacs-test-common *
You will get with blacs-test-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
